Using three different recipes above, a well balanced, sustainable meal can be made. Using menu items: four, five, and six, a two course meal can be made. As an appetizer the salsa can be served with chips. The salsa may be thick, but is not very filling. Perfect for an appetizer! For a main entree, the Italian quesadilla and the Potato Pizza, go very well together. The Italian quesadilla is not heavy nor light and a wedge of baked potato with sauce, mozzarella cheese, and pepperonis will finish off a very well sustained meal.
