Italian Quesadilla

Defrost and warm up sauce.

Cut steak in thin strips and grill seasoned steak to your taste.
Spread sauce evenly on the tortillas and place either sliced or grated mozzarella over sauce.

Place steak in between the two tortilla layers and repeat steps three and four to the other tortilla.

Pan fry until cheese is melted and tortillas are golden.
