Directions

  • Spaghetti Sauce
    1. Cut Tomatoes in half so tomato is as long as possible.
    2. Clean insides of tomatoes.
    3. Boil tomatoes in a pot with a pinch or two of salt.
    4. Scoop tomatoes into sauce maker in order to separate seeds and skin from the base.
    5. Drain water out of sauce through a clean thin sheet.
    6. Sautee onions and garlic
    7. Boil sauce after creating strictly base, to allow the base to come together, and add sauteed onions and garlic, basil, parsley, and other seasoning to your taste.
    8. Let sauce cook to allow the seasonings and base to come together and come to the thickness of your preference.
  • Mostaccioli
    1. Defrost or heat spaghetti sauce 
    2. Boil Noodles in water with a pinch of salt.
    3. Mix sauce and noodles together or scoop sauce on top of noodles. 
  • Spaghetti Soup
    1. Defrost or warm up sauce.
    2. Add water to the heated sauce to make a soup base.
    3. Boil noodles.
    4. Mix noodles and soup to finish dish.
  • French Bread Dip
    1. Defrost sauce while keeping it cool.
    2. Cut thin slices of cheese.
    3. Cut a loaf of french bread.
    4. Add a dollop of sauce to the brad and the slice of cheese on top.
  • Pizza Potato
    1. Defrost sauce.
    2. Clean outside of the potatoes.
    3. Bake potato in microwave for 5 minutes.
    4. Cut potatoes in half to make two wedges.
    5. Scoop out a little bit of the inner potato to make a bowl shape.
    6. Add a thin layer of spaghetti sauce with some oregano.
    7. After, add a layer of mozzarella cheese.
    8. Lastly, add a few pepperonis to top it off.
    9. Put the potatoes in the microwave for two more minutes. 
  • Italian Quesadilla 
    1. Defrost and warm up sauce.
    2. Cut steak in thin strips.
    3. Grill  seasoned steak to your taste.
    4. Spread sauce evenly on the tortillas.
    5. Place either sliced or grated mozzarella over sauce.
    6. Repeat steps three and four to the other tortilla.
    7. Place steak in between the two tortilla layers.
    8. Pan fry until cheese is melted and tortillas are golden.
  • Salsa
    1. Defrost sauce.
    2. Add one cup of spaghetti sauce.
    3. Add two tablespoons of lime juice.
    4. Add half a cup of corn kernels.
    5. Add chopped cilantro and diced red onion.
    6. Add a dash or more of hot sauce to your preference of heat.
    7. Lastly stir salsa to mix everything evenly.
