Mr. Bursch, assigned his students to complete a project benefiting the environment for the first semester of our freshman year. This project is known as the Ecology Service Learning Project, or ESLP for short. In the first semester I chose to be apart of a group. We decided to build a bench. Our group split up do to a alack of communication and bad leadership. So,for semester two, I have decided to do a project on my own. I am going to be presenting a cooking demonstration. My demonstration will be how to make spaghetti sauce from fresh, local, organic produce at home. This project will be completed by the 12th of March.
